Join us to power the future of the digital world. Your Impact Spearhead innovative silicon architecture for AI infrastructure, guiding board design from concept through to mass production. Act as the technical decision-maker for the project and collaborate with cross-functional teams in mechanics, thermal, PCB layout, and software/RTL.Define product specifications, develop electrical schematics, guide component selection, and collaborate closely with PCB Layout, SI/PI, Thermal, and Packaging engineers throughout the product lifecycle. Conduct testing in a lab environment and drive the PCB bring-up, characterization, and debugging stages. Minimum Qualifications • B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or equivalent practical experience. • 5+ years of experience as a hardware/board design engineer, with a consistent record of designing and delivering complex hardware projects • Experience in high-speed, high-density, and multi-layer PCB design. • Experience designing complex boards incorporating ASICs, FPGAs, or high-performance processors. Preferred Qualifications • Solid understanding of high-speed digital interfaces such as PCIe, Ethernet, and SerDes, with a preference for experience with data rates of 25 Gbps and above. • Good understanding of Signal Integrity (SI) and Power Integrity (PI) principles and their impact on board design. • Experience in power architecture design, including voltage regulation, power distribution, and power sequencing. • Experience with lab equipment, board bring-up, hardware characterization, and systematic debugging. 👉 More information about the Cisco Silicon One group! : https://www.cisco.com/site/us/en/products/networking/silicon-one/index.html Cisco Silicon One 👉 Blog: https://blogs.cisco.com/?search=silicon+one Why Cisco?
