What You'll Do • Design, develop and program Linux/C++ SDK (Software Development Kit) support for Cisco Silicon One™-based devices • Collaborate within software development teams on application design and development • Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems • Optimize software by performing maintenance, updates and upgrades • Help maintain code quality, organization and automatization • Design, develop and program data-path/packet processing flows • Interact with Hardware and ASIC design teams internally and inside various CISCO locations • Participate in the SW/HW integration You'll develop Core Software technologies at the heart of tomorrow's leading infrastructure solutions, tackling the entire range of challenges from user-facing API-s, through high-level algorithm The Cisco silicon One team is leading the silicon development in Cisco. Minimum Qualifications • B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Software Engineering from a leading Israeli university with GPA of 85+. • Fluent English Proficiency Preferred Qualifications • Brilliant ambitious and motivated individual, regardless of previous experience • Team players who enjoy big challenges • People who can quickly ramp on multiple, interdisciplinary domains Why Cisco?
