Strategic Designer

ABOUT THE ROLE We’re looking for a Strategic Designer to join our Strategic Communications team. We distill complex messages and turn them into clear visual narratives, for audiences inside and outside the company. You’ll work on Wonderful’s most strategic assets, which means deeply understanding the company’s strategy, reading content critically, and deciding how to structure and deliver it so it lands. It’s a high-ownership role with a very high bar for craft. Half of it is producing sharp, versatile assets. The other half is leverage: using AI to work faster and building systems and workflows that help the whole company produce high-quality material on its own. WHAT YOU’LL DO Work with teams across the company to turn abstract, complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives that land in seconds Own our most strategic assets end to end: presentations, one-pagers, reports, infographics, and more Manage projects from brief to delivery, working with stakeholders across the company Challenge and shape content, not just design it: question the message, find the story, and structure it for impact Build and maintain design systems and AI-powered workflows that let anyone at Wonderful create on-brand material Ship fast, learn from what lands, and iterate WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR An exceptional portfolio, a sharp eye for taste, and the highest level of craft across formats, from decks and reports to infographics and web pages 4+ years of design experience, with a track record of turning complex concepts into visuals that communicate clearly Strategic thinking: you quickly grasp business context, read content critically, and know how to organize and sequence it Strong project management skills and the confidence to work with stakeholders at every level Hands-on experience working with AI tools in your design process, and the ambition to build with them, not just prompt them You move fast, thrive in ambiguity, and get things done Excellent communication skills: you can articulate design decisions and bring others along   Candidate Privacy Notice https://www.wonderful.ai/careers/candidate_notice
