PMO -Cloud & Services

Mobileye's Development Infrastructure group builds the cloud platforms, data services, and AI-powered tools that power the development of autonomous driving systems at scale. The group owns critical cloud infrastructure, develops cutting-edge GenAI and agentic solutions, and delivers customer-facing platforms used by some of the world's largest OEMs. As a PMO, you will drive large-scale cross-functional initiatives across engineering, helping turn strategy into execution. You will remove blockers, improve processes, and align teams to deliver impactful results in a fast-paced environment. We're looking for someone with a strong service-oriented mindset, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a proven ability to drive execution and outcomes without losing sight of customer and engineering needs. Strong communication, independent thinking, and a collaborative approach are essential for success in this role. What will your job look like? • Orchestrate technical planning and execution across engineering and product. Partner with Product and R&D to keep quarterly backlogs prioritized, estimated, and executable within team capacity. • Coordinate internal teams, partners and users. Drive decisions, resolve conflicts, clarify ownership, and ensure follow-through. • Anticipate and mitigate risks, blockers, and escalations throughout the project lifecycle. • Tie execution plans to measurable business, technical, and customer outcomes, and define the metrics that track them. • Create transparency through dashboards, operating cadences, and executive-ready status reports, program reviews, and planning materials for Product House and senior leadership forums. • Mature the Agile operating model, ceremonies, and delivery governance to improve predictability, accountability, and quality All you need is: • A degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a relevant engineering field. • 5+ years of project management experience leading complex technology, consulting, professional-services, or infrastructure projects. • Experience working with AI tools. • Demonstrated expertise in project planning, risk management, and delivery of large-scale business or technology transformations. • Proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities. • Excellent customer-facing communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. • Vehicle industry experience is an advantage • Creating AI tools is an advantage Mobileye changes the way we drive, from preventing accidents to semi and fully autonomous vehicles.
