Description Join Passportcard as an Entry-level NOC Engineer where you'll be part of a dynamic team ensuring our network operations function smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities: • Monitor network systems and servers to ensure optimal performance. • Assist in troubleshooting network issues and escalate to senior engineers as necessary. • Collaborate with team members to resolve technical problems. • Document network configurations and processes for future reference. • Provide timely responses to alerts and maintain system uptime. • Support in the maintenance and update of network equipment.
