This role will be responsible for managing critical company-wide strategic programs and operational processes, ensuring alignment across departments and driving execution excellence. The ideal candidate will have a structured and strategic mindset, with a strong ability to execute and manage complex cross-functional projects. They should be detail-oriented, highly organized, and skilled at driving process improvements and operational efficiencies.   ABOUT THE ROLE: Strategic Programs & Process - Lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives to drive strategic company goals, ensuring full transparency and seamless execution across departments. - Help translate strategic objectives into actionable programs and structure execution plans to achieve measurable business impact. - Incorporate and leverage AI tools to optimize program management workflows, improve processes, and scale cross-company programs. - Ensure strong alignment in cross-company initiatives and help bridge the gaps across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, CS, and CX teams. - Manage risk, change management, and stakeholder communication for high-impact projects.
