About the position
We’re looking for a sharp, driven Director of Corporate Development to work alongside our CEO on Mindspace’s strategic agenda.
This is a high-impact, hands-on role reporting directly to the CEO and working on some of the company’s most important strategic, financial and investor initiatives.
You’ll lead M&A and strategic transactions, capital raising, investor and partner relationships, and the analysis behind key strategic decisions. We’re looking for someone who can build the model, write the story and run the process – working directly with the CEO, investors, partners and external advisors.
What will you be responsible for?
• Lead M&A, joint venture and strategic partnership transactions end-to-end, including identification, valuation, structuring, due diligence and execution.
• Lead capital raising and financing processes, working with investors, banks and other financial partners.
• Own the company’s investor and board materials, including investor presentations, company overviews, board decks and strategic memos.
• Support the CEO in managing relationships with shareholders, investors and strategic partners.
• Build and maintain valuation models, business cases and scenario analyses to support strategic decisions.
• Develop the company’s long-term strategy and evaluate new strategic directions and growth opportunities.
• Conduct market, competitive and industry analysis, including tracking peers, transactions and valuations in our sector.
• Manage external advisors, including investment banks, lawyers, auditors and consultants.
• Lead special strategic projects on behalf of the CEO.
