In one sentence Lead the legal aspects of global M&A and Corporate Development transactions, from due diligence and deal structuring through signing, closing and post-merger integration. What will your job look like? • Act as the legal lead for acquisitions, divestitures, carve-outs and other strategic transactions. • Lead legal due diligence, identify key risks and translate findings into deal protections. • Advise on deal structure and partner with Corporate Development, Finance, Tax, HR and other stakeholders. • Draft, review and negotiate key transaction documents, including NDAs, LOIs, SPAs/APAs and TSAs. • Manage legal aspects of signing, closing and post-merger integration. • Support complex cross-border transactions and improve M&A playbooks and AI-enabled legal processes. All you need is... • Qualified lawyer with strong hands-on M&A / Corporate Development experience, ideally from a leading law firm and/or multinational company. • Proven experience leading M&A due diligence and negotiating transaction agreements. • Experience with complex, cross-border transactions and managing external counsel. • Strong commercial judgment, drafting and negotiation skills. • Ability to independently manage multiple fast-moving workstreams and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders. • Technology, software or telecom experience is an advantage.
