We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Purchasing Specialist to join our Procurement team. Hands-on responsibility for material flow across Israel operations, from receiving and inventory handling to order fulfillment and shipping. The role requires accurate ERP records, close cross-functional coordination, and flexibility in a fast-changing environment. Key Responsibilities • Receive and verify purchased materials and finished goods; process transactions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O. • Manage internal material requests, picking, issuing, transfers, and local deliveries for R&D, Production and other teams. • Prepare and coordinate customer, loan and evaluation shipments, including packing, export documentation and carrier pickups. • Coordinate daily logistics with external warehouses, 3PL providers and carriers. • Maintain inventory and serial-number accuracy; support stock counts, discrepancy resolution, MRB, quarantine and scrap activities. Requirements 1–2 years of hands-on experience in logistics, warehouse operations or inventory management. Knowledge of receiving, inventory and shipping processes; experience using ERP or inventory systems. Good Excel / Microsoft Office skills and proficiency in Hebrew and English. Organized, accurate and proactive, with strong ownership, service orientation and ability to manage changing priorities independently and across teams.
