Description
We are looking for a Marketing Automation & AI Builder who connects two worlds: building and running customer journeys across every channel the bank uses, and building with AI – agents, automations and data tools that multiply the number of journeys the team can run.
This is not another marketing role. You will be the team's technical owner: the person who sets up, connects, tests and measures, so our marketing managers can focus on message, content and experience.
Your Day-to-Day
Marketing automation
• Build journeys end to end in Solitics – triggers, segments, conditions and messages – across SMS, WhatsApp, email, push, in-app, pop-ups and banker tickets.
• Set up the data behind the journeys: define events and calculated fields with the DWH, so journeys receive the final value instead of calculating it themselves.
• QA every journey before launch, including segments, send windows, personalization and marketing consent.
• Experiment and measure by default: control groups and A/B tests on every journey, and dashboards that show what each journey actually achieved.
• Personalize message, incentive and timing by customer stage, acquisition source and profile.
• Own domains that are still waiting for an owner: lead the technical side of journeys in areas that have not had resources until now – first of all, bringing onboarding drop-offs back to open an account, then refer-a-friend, credit and collections, and pension.
Building with AI
• Agents and automations: build AI agents and automated processes that shorten journey setup, campaign analysis and content updates, with human approval before any live change.
• Internal tools on approved infrastructure: develop tools for the team on the bank's enterprise Claude and on Snowflake (including Streamlit), instead of side tools on external platforms.
• Security and compliance: work with Information Security, Legal and R&D from the design stage, so every tool meets the bank's requirements before it touches customer data.
Strengthening the team
• Act as a technical partner to the marketing managers: help with setup, technical review and troubleshooting.
• Build standards, templates and documentation for working in Solitics, so technical know-how is consistent across the team.
• Take day-to-day technical review off the team lead's plate, freeing time for professional and process improvement.
Requirements
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in marketing automation, CRM or lifecycle marketing, on a platform such as Solitics, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Optimove or similar.
• SQL at a level that lets you build segments and check results on your own.
• Experience working with APIs, JSON and webhooks.
• Hands-on experience building with AI tools – agents, automations or internal tools that other people actually used.
• Solid understanding of experiment design: control groups, A/B tests and interpreting results.
• Proven experience managing multi-channel communications (push, in-app, SMS, WhatsApp, email).
• Proficiency in Snowflake and Streamlit.
• High-level Hebrew and English.
Who will thrive here
• Builders, not just planners: you'd rather ship a working version and improve it than present a deck about what could be done.
• People who measure everything: "looks like it worked" isn't enough – you ask what the control group shows.
• People who get marketing: you speak the marketing managers' language and can turn a business goal into a journey.
• People who own it in a regulated environment: you understand that in a bank, security and privacy are part of the work, not a step after it.
Advantages
• Experience in fintech, banking or another regulated environment.
• Experience with onboarding, activation or refer-a-friend journeys.
• Tools such as n8n, Make or Zappier.
