AllCloud serves clients across the globe with offices in EMEA and North America. www.allcloud.io Job Summary As a Marketing Cloud Consultant at AllCloud, you will oversee end-to-end Salesforce Marketing Cloud projects, ensuring successful delivery while managing client expectations. This role combines project management expertise, a deep understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions, and hands-on technical capabilities. Responsibilities • Lead the implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions, ensuring alignment with client objectives and timelines. • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing communications, expectations, and feedback. • Collaborate with internal teams (consultants, developers, architects) to deliver high-quality solutions. • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets while monitoring progress and mitigating risks. • Conduct requirement-gathering sessions and create detailed documentation. • Oversee the execution of marketing strategies using Marketing Cloud tools. • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and marketing best practices. • Provide training and post-implementation support to clients. • Deliver services tailored to client needs and organizational goals. Requirements • 3+ years of experience as Salesforce Marketing Automation Specialist • Deep knowledge of Marketing Cloud features and capabilities, including Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Mobile Studio • Familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem, including Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud Intelligence, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, and Marketing Cloud Personalization. • Proven track record of managing end-to-end marketing automation projects • Experience in developing project plans, budgets, and resource allocation • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field Advantages • Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications preferred Why work for us?
