Job Function: Supply Chain Manufacturing Job Sub Function: Manufacturing Pharmaceutical Process Operations Job Category: Business Enablement/Support All Job Posting Locations: Nes-Ziona, Center District, Israel Job Description: מפעיל/ת מכונות בחדר נקי מטרת התפקיד: הפעלת מכונות וציוד ייצור בסביבת חדר נקי לייצור מוצרים ותתי־מכלולים, בהתאם להוראות עבודה, מפרטים ודרישות איכות, בטיחות ו־cGMP תחומי אחריות מרכזיים: הפעלת ציוד ייעודי וכיוון פרמטרים; ביצוע בדיקות בתהליך והפרדת מוצרים פגומים; ניקוי ותחזוקה שוטפת של המכונות וחדרי הייצור; איתור תקלות ייצור ודיווח על צורך בתיקון; תיעוד מדויק של נתוני ייצור ואיכות; שמירה על כללי לבוש, היגיינה והתנהלות בחדר נקי; דיווח על חריגות ושיתוף פעולה עם צוות הייצור והניהול. דרישות מרכזיות: • השכלה תיכונית • יכולת לקרוא הוראות באנגלית ולעבוד במדויק לפי נהלים כתובים • יכולת הפעלה ואיתור תקלות בסיסיות בציוד • הזנת נתונים במערכות ממוחשבות • אחריות, גמישות ותקשורת טובה. • ניסיון של שנה עד שנתיים בייצור, במיוחד בסביבה פרמצבטית, מהווה יתרון. תנאי עבודה: עבודה בשלוש משמרות, בסופי שבוע ובשעות נוספות לפי הצורך. העבודה כוללת לבוש מגן ייעודי, עמידה ממושכת, תנועות חוזרות ופעולות הרמה, משיכה ודחיפה. מיקום: נס ציונה Required Skills: Preferred Skills: Administrative Support, Agile Manufacturing, Analytics Dashboards, Chemistry, Manufacturing, and Control (CMC), Data Compilation, Data Savvy, Detail-Oriented, Gap Analysis, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Operational Excellence, Plant Operations, Process Optimization, Process Oriented, Project Administration, Regulatory Compliance, Self-Awareness, Teamwork
