Integration and Testing Engineer

For our Ramat HaSharon site, we are seeking an Electronics Integration Engineer to join the development of complex multidisciplinary systems combining hardware, firmware, and software :In this role you will Design, develop, and deploy integration environments and hybrid test setups Take part in the full lifecycle of complex system development, from requirements analysis and definition through integration, testing, verification, and validation Develop test procedures and integration documentation, define test methodologies, and verify compliance with system and customer requirements Work closely with multidisciplinary development teams, including hardware, software, and firmware engineers Support the end-to-end system deployment process, demonstrating functional, engineering, and operational performance against specifications Plan, lead, and execute field tests and system trials in Israel and abroad :Requirements B.Sc. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering Practical Engineering Technician background – an advantage At least 3 years of experience integrating multidisciplinary systems involving hardware, firmware, and software Strong system-level understanding combined with attention to detail Experience writing integration and test documentation and designing electrical schematics Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively across matrix organizations Strong self-learning capabilities and motivation to achieve project objectives Hands-on experience with standard and advanced test and measurement equipment Proven experience in system performance analysis, verification activities, and test documentation Experience with avionics systems and/or complex weapon systems – an advantage Knowledge of LabVIEW, Python, and C# – an advantage Only relevant applications will be considered** #Ramat HaSharon
