About the role Our Business Operations team is responsible for all of the insurance challenges the company is facing, tackling complex real-world problems that directly affect the company's success. You'd be joining as Buildots' first Insurance Manager to own insurance end to end, bringing policies, customer and vendor certificates, and claims together from Operations, Finance, our insurance consultant and our brokers into one reliable process as we grow across the US, UK, Europe, Canada and Israel. What you’ll do: • Maintain a clear tracker of all policies, with their main details, for company-wide visibility • Run policy renewals across territories with the insurance consultant and brokers • Own customer insurance requests from signed deal to accurate certificate of insurance before project start • Track certificate expiries so renewals go out before customers ask • Define and collect insurance evidence from all suppliers and contractors, and handle insurance for offices and events • Be the first contact for claims and potential claims, coordinating with brokers, insurers, Legal and Finance • Manage the day-to-day relationship with brokers and the insurance consultant, setting agendas and holding timelines Requirements: • 2+ years in operations, finance, legal operations, account management or a similar role where you owned processes and deadlines • Exceptional organizational skills • Detail-oriented and a quick learner • Excellent written and spoken English for corresponding with US and UK customers, brokers, and insurers • Ownership and persistence: following up and escalating without being asked • Comfortable juggling many stakeholders and parallel requests Nice to have • Insurance, risk, procurement or contract experience • Time at an international or SaaS scale-up Why join us?
