About the role Our BizOps team is responsible for the employee experience initiatives that build a positive, engaging workplace culture across our global offices. You'd be joining to plan and execute company events, happy hours, and holiday celebrations, own employee lifecycle moments such as onboarding, birthdays, and anniversaries, and manage employee experience projects end-to-end, including budgets, vendors, and logistics. What you’ll do: • Plan and execute company events, happy hours, holiday celebrations, and team activities • Own employee lifecycle experiences, including onboarding, birthdays, anniversaries, and company gifts • Bring fresh, creative ideas to improve engagement, wellbeing, and workplace culture • Manage employee experience projects end-to-end, including budgets, vendors, and logistics • Work closely with the Employee Experience team across global offices Requirements: • 2+ years of proven experience in a similar role within mid-to-large high-tech companies (100+ employees) • Creative, energetic, proactive, and passionate about people and great experiences • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects at once • Strong interpersonal skills, a hands-on approach, and a positive, can-do attitude • Experience planning and executing company events and employee engagement initiatives • Excellent communication skills in English and Hebrew Why join us?
