Lev Haolam is an international, fast-growing mission-driven enterprise based in Israel, focused on the U.S. market and committed to supporting local family-owned businesses in Israel. At Lev Haolam, we value ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement. By joining us, you become part of a team committed to meaningful work and long-term growth, for our partners, our customers, and our people. We are currently looking for an IT Support Specialist to join our international team of passionate professionals. This is an opportunity to contribute to a purpose-driven business while building scalable processes and making a real impact. About the role: We are looking for a hands-on IT Support Specialist to ensure the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure and provide day-to-day technical support to employees at our warehouse and other company sites. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for IT-related issues, helping employees resolve technical problems and keeping workstations, printers, network equipment, and other IT assets running smoothly. You will also collaborate closely with our remote IT team, documenting incidents, escalating complex issues, and helping improve our internal IT processes. This position is ideal for someone with practical troubleshooting skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to work independently in a hands-on operational environment.   What you will do: - Provide first-line IT support: Troubleshoot Windows PCs, user accounts and access, two-factor authentication (2FA), Wi-Fi, routers, and computer peripherals. - Support printing operations: Troubleshoot standard and label printers, resolve basic BarTender issues, and manage printing supplies. Escalate complex incidents to the remote IT team. - Maintain IT infrastructure: Manage network cabinets, cabling, equipment labeling, and Wi-Fi access points. Install cameras and other equipment according to approved instructions and safety procedures. - Manage IT equipment: Maintain accurate records of equipment, including serial numbers, locations, and assigned users. Prepare workstations for new employees and coordinate small IT purchases with the appropriate approval. - Document incidents and requests: Record all IT requests and independently identified issues in ClickUp in English, including the location, requester, business impact, photos where relevant, troubleshooting steps, time spent, and resolution status. - Collaborate with the remote IT team: Translate requests and technical information from Hebrew into English, provide clear incident reports, and escalate issues when necessary. - Improve IT processes: Create troubleshooting checklists, basic standard operating procedures (SOPs), and equipment location documentation. - Identify recurring issues: Share weekly summaries of common incidents and suggest practical improvements to prevent recurring problems.   What we’re looking for: - At least 1 year of hands-on IT support experience, with practical troubleshooting skills being more important than job title or formal seniority. - Working knowledge of Windows PCs, printers, and computer peripherals. - Basic networking knowledge, including TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, routers, and network cabling. - Working proficiency in Hebrew, both spoken and written. - Sufficient English proficiency to communicate with the remote IT team, manage tickets, and prepare technical documentation. - Strong organizational skills and a consistent approach to ticket documentation and time tracking. - Ability to work independently, prioritize issues based on their operational impact, and recognize when escalation is necessary. - Willingness to perform hands-on installation and maintenance tasks, including working at height when required and following appropriate safety procedures. - Availability to work on-site daily and travel between company sites when needed.   Nice to Have - Experience with label printers and BarTender software. - Familiarity with Check Point network security equipment. - Experience providing IT support in a warehouse, production, or logistics environment. - Basic PowerShell knowledge.   Work Conditions - Location: On-site, Neve Daniel, Israel. - Employment type: Full-time, with employment under an Israeli employment arrangement. - Working hours: Sunday-Thursday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Israel time, with 1-2 hours of flexibility. - Work environment: A hands-on operational role with regular interaction with warehouse employees and close collaboration with a remote IT team. Why Join Us? At Lev Haolam, your work has real meaning. Every day, you’ll contribute to something significant - helping mission-driven products reach customers around the world while being part of a team that values impact, ownership, and growth.
