Description Drive and coordinate cross-functional Business Operations transformation initiatives, ensuring structured execution, clear ownership, progress visibility, and timely delivery across multiple business units and functions. • Managing multiple Business Operations initiatives from planning through execution and stabilization. • Supporting systems implementation, digital transformation and business adoption activities. • Leading process mapping, standardization and optimization across business units. • Supporting the development of KPIs, dashboards, management reporting and visibility mechanisms. • Coordinating activities across Business Operations, Sales, Finance, Operations, IT and other stakeholders. • Driving governance, accountability and closure of action items to ensure successful execution of organizational priorities.
