Description
As Enlight’s portfolio and geographic footprint continue to expand, the GM will ensure these domains evolve together to meet the growing scale, complexity and demands of the business, while strengthening the connections, interfaces and ways of working across them. The role will focus on creating the alignment, clarity and collaboration required to enable effective execution today, while building the organizational capabilities, governance, policies and operating model needed to support Enlight’s continued growth and global expansion. A key priority will be strengthening the interfaces between domains - including clear handovers, decision-making, accountability and information flow across the project and asset lifecycle — while ensuring that the organization scales without losing the core DNA, values and standards that have contributed to Enlight’s success. The role also carries a significant international leadership dimension, requiring effective coordination and alignment across Israel, Europe and MENA, as well as the ability to manage complex interfaces with international suppliers, contractors, technology providers and strategic partners across multiple global markets.
Responsibilities

· Lead and integrate the Project Execution & Asset Management organization by fostering alignment, trust, partnership and collective accountability across Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Asset Management, while ensuring functional excellence translates into strong end-to-end execution.
· Provide enterprise-level business leadership and accountability for the organization, ensuring that Project Execution & Asset Management is fully aligned with Enlight’s strategic priorities, business objectives and growth plans, and that execution decisions reflect the broader interests of the company.
· Lead the organization across Israel, Europe and MENA, ensuring effective coordination, alignment and execution across geographies, while strengthening collaboration between local teams and international suppliers, contractors, technology providers and strategic partners.
· Strengthen collaboration across Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Asset Management by creating clear interfaces, handover processes, decision rights and accountability across the full project and asset lifecycle.
· Drive execution excellence by establishing and maintaining clear execution standards, policies, procedures and governance across the project and asset lifecycle, ensuring disciplined implementation, strong performance management, accountability and continuous improvement.
· Define, design and institutionalize critical organizational policies and procedures across the four domains, ensuring they are clear, fit for purpose, consistently implemented and embedded in day-to-day operations across the organization and geographies.
· Build the operating backbone for scale by establishing the governance, standards, processes and ways of working required to maintain control, accountability and execution quality as Enlight’s portfolio, organization and geographic footprint grow.
· Ensure that critical policies and procedures translate into practice, with clear ownership, accountability, communication and ongoing review, maintaining the right balance between disciplined governance and the agility required in a fast-growing business.
· Lead and oversee critical commercial and operational interfaces with international counterparties, including suppliers, contractors, technology providers and strategic partners across Europe, China, the U.S. and other global markets, ensuring effective negotiation, commercial discipline, risk management and alignment with Enlight’s strategic and operational requirements.
· Scale the organization for growth by evolving its capabilities, structure and ways of working to support Enlight’s expanding portfolio and increasingly international footprint, while bringing relevant external best practices and maintaining agility.
· Preserve and strengthen Enlight’s core DNA and values as the organization scales, ensuring that growth, increased complexity and geographic expansion are accompanied by a consistent leadership culture, high standards, ownership, partnership and accountability.
· Lead and develop a strong senior leadership team, providing clear direction and alignment while empowering the VPs of Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Asset Management to lead their respective functions with excellence.
· Drive organizational performance and continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to strengthen execution, eliminate organizational friction and improve the effectiveness of the end-to-end project and asset lifecycle.
