Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward. תיאור התפקיד אחריות לתחזוקה השוטפת, לתחזוקה המונעת ולאיתור ותיקון תקלות במערכות מיזוג האוויר והאוורור באתר. העבודה בסביבה תעשייתית הכוללת משרדים, חדרים טכניים וחדרים נקיים, תוך שמירה על רציפות תפעולית, תנאי הסביבה הנדרשים ועמידה בנהלי הבטיחות והאיכות. תחומי אחריות - ביצוע תחזוקה מונעת ותחזוקת שבר במערכות מיזוג ואוורור, לרבות צ׳ילרים, יחידות טיפול באוויר, מפוחים, מזגנים ומערכות מים קרים וחמים. - איתור ואבחון תקלות, ביצוע תיקונים ומעקב אחר תקינות המערכות לאחר הטיפול. - ביצוע סיורים ובדיקות תפעוליות, לרבות מעקב אחר טמפרטורות, לחצים, זרימות, נזילות ורעשים חריגים. - תחזוקת מסננים, סוללות, רצועות, מערכות ניקוז ורכיבים מכניים בהתאם לתוכנית התחזוקה ולהוראות היצרן. - מעקב אחר התראות ונתוני מערכת בקרת המבנה, ככל שקיימת, וטיפול בחריגות בשיתוף הגורמים המקצועיים. - תמיכה בשמירה על תנאי הסביבה בחדרים נקיים, בתיאום עם גורמי התפעול והאיכות. - פתיחה, עדכון וסגירת קריאות עבודה במערכת Corrigo, כולל תיעוד הטיפול, המדידות והחלפים. - ליווי קבלני שירות ובדיקת ביצוע עבודות בתחום המיזוג. - השתתפות בהשבתות מתוכננות, בפרויקטים ובשיפור אמינות המערכות ויעילותן האנרגטית. - עבודה בשיתוף צוותי האחזקה, דיווח על סיכונים ותקלות חוזרות ומעקב אחר השלמת הטיפול. - השתלבות בסבב כוננויות ומתן מענה לתקלות מחוץ לשעות העבודה, בהתאם לצורכי האתר. דרישות התפקיד - הכשרה מקצועית בתחום הקירור ומיזוג האוויר. - ניסיון מעשי בתחזוקה, באבחון ובתיקון מערכות מיזוג אוויר. - ידע במערכות מיזוג מרכזיות, במערכות מים ובציוד אלקטרומכני. - יכולת קריאת שרטוטים, תוכניות וספרות טכנית. - יכולת עבודה עצמאית ובצוות, אחריות, סדר ותודעת שירות גבוהה. - יכולת עבודה במערכות ממוחשבות ותיעוד פעולות תחזוקה. - עברית ברמה טובה ואנגלית טכנית לצורך קריאת הוראות יצרן. - רישיון נהיגה בתוקף ונכונות לניידות בין האתרים. יתרונות - ניסיון באתר תעשייתי, במפעל טכנולוגי או בחדרים נקיים. - ניסיון בתחזוקת צ׳ילרים, יחידות טיפול באוויר ומערכות בקרת מבנה. - רישיון חשמל מתאים — יתרון; עבודות חשמל יבוצעו רק בהתאם לרישיון ולהרשאות. כפיפות מקצועית וניהולית: מנהל שירותי ההארד / מנהל האחזקה באתר.
