We bring quoting, approvals, contracts, subscriptions, billing and buyer collaboration into connected workflows, guided by each company’s commercial context and business rules. We’re looking for an experienced Field Marketing Manager to lead DealHub’s year-round field marketing program, with a strong focus on the United States, and western Europe. Based in Israel, you’ll coordinate with US-based teams and travel to deliver programs in the market. You’ll own the planning and execution, from setting objectives and managing budgets to on-site delivery, event follow-up, lead execution accountability and reporting. Key Reqponsibilities Events and field programs • Plan and deliver DealHub’s year-round US events program, including industry conferences, sponsored events, customer events, partner events and hosted experiences. • Manage event plans, budgets, timelines, contracts, suppliers, production, travel and on-site execution. • Create event experiences that bring DealHub’s product story to life for prospects, customers and partners. • Coordinate staffing and prepare sales teams and executives with event briefings, meeting plans and on-site support. Event-led campaigns and target accounts • Build regional campaigns around priority events, working with Demand Generation on channels and execution. • Define the audience, target accounts, messaging, invitations, meeting-generation plan and post-event follow-up for each program. • Partner with Sales to activate selected target accounts through tailored outreach and relevant event experiences. • Develop account-focused touches such as executive meetings, small-group sessions, dinners and personalized follow-up. Executive, customer and partner programs • Develop high-value experiences such as executive roundtables, customer dinners, advisory sessions and user meetups. • Coordinate co-hosted events and local programs with strategic partners, including shared plans, roles, promotion and follow-up. • Work with Customer Marketing and Customer Success to strengthen customer engagement and create opportunities for advocacy. Measurement and improvement • Set clear objectives and success measures for each program, tracking attendance, target-account engagement, meetings, follow-up and pipeline contribution. • Share results and recommendations with stakeholders and use performance insights to improve future programs. • Gather feedback from customers, prospects and sales teams to inform DealHub’s messaging and field plans. Requirements • 5+ years of field marketing or event marketing experience, ideally in B2B technology or SaaS. • Experience planning and delivering events and integrated field programs from brief through follow-up. • Experience managing US events and coordinating with teams and suppliers across time zones. • Strong project management skills, including budgets, timelines, vendors and competing priorities. • Commercial judgment and experience partnering with Sales on target accounts, meetings and pipeline goals. • Confidence coordinating across Demand Generation, Customer Marketing, Partnerships and other teams. • Clear, confident English communication, written and spoken. • Willingness and ability to travel regularly to the US, including for multi-day events. • A hands-on, adaptable approach and the confidence to solve problems on-site.
