Production Team Leader

We are experiencing sky-rocketing growth and closed a historically large $96M Series B round in July of 2025. Job description We are looking for a Production Team Lead to run our electro-mechanical assembly line. You will manage a team of 5–10 employees, plan and oversee in-house and outsourced production, and work closely with our Engineering, Procurement and Quality teams. The role reports to the VP Supply Chain. What you'll do: • Plan and manage day-to-day production and assembly, including inventory and schedules • Meet throughput, quality and on-time delivery targets • Lead process improvement and continuous improvement on the production line • Maintain production documentation and ensure workplace safety • Maintain and calibrate equipment, certify employees and work to ESD and IPC standards • Plan capacity, run incoming inspection of components and ship systems to the field Requirements • Practical Engineer (Handasai) in Industrial Engineering and Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics or Electrical Engineering • 2+ years of experience in electro-mechanical production or assembly • 1+ years of team management experience • Ability to read mechanical drawings and electrical schematics • Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills • English proficiency Nice to have: • Experience with NetSuite • Experience managing subcontractors and working in a hardware startup
