If you’re looking to grow your career in a dynamic, global, and impact-driven environment, we’d love to hear from you. We are looking for a Director of Corporate Development to join our team. Reporting directly to the CFO, the Director of Corporate Development will serve as a strategic partner to the executive leadership team, driving Guesty’s inorganic growth strategy through mergers and acquisitions (M&A), strategic investments, and ecosystem partnerships. Working closely with the CFO and CEO, you will identify and evaluate opportunities to accelerate Guesty’s growth, lead complex transactions from sourcing through execution and closing, and develop strategic partnerships that strengthen our market position and expand our ecosystem. This role requires a combination of strong financial and analytical capabilities, investment banking expertise, commercial acumen, and the ability to execute complex cross-border transactions in a global B2B SaaS environment. Based in Israel, you will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization and manage a globally distributed team, helping shape Guesty’s long-term growth strategy through strategic transactions and partnerships, with an AI-first mindset and approach. Responsibilities • M&A Strategy & Execution: Own the end-to-end M&A lifecycle, from identifying and sourcing potential acquisition targets to valuation, deal structuring, due diligence, negotiations, and closing. Partner with the CEO and CFO to define investment theses and prioritize opportunities aligned with Guesty’s strategic objectives. • Financial Modeling & Valuation: Build and oversee sophisticated financial models to evaluate acquisition opportunities, including DCF, comparable company analysis, precedent transactions, and accretion/dilution analysis. Assess transaction economics, risks, and potential value creation. • Deal Structuring & Negotiations: Lead transaction structuring, develop and negotiate Letters of Intent (LOIs) and other key deal terms, and coordinate cross-functional teams throughout the transaction process. • Due Diligence: Lead comprehensive buy-side due diligence, working closely with Finance, Legal, Product, Technology, and other relevant stakeholders to assess financial, commercial, operational, and strategic considerations. • Strategic Partnerships & Alliances: Identify, develop, and structure strategic partnerships and commercial alliances that expand Guesty’s ecosystem, strengthen its competitive positioning, and create new growth opportunities. Evaluate opportunities with technology providers, global platforms, and other strategic partners. • Post-Merger Integration (PMI): Partner with cross-functional leaders to develop and execute post-merger integration plans, ensuring alignment across teams, realization of expected synergies, and successful integration of acquired businesses. • Market Intelligence & Opportunity Assessment: Monitor industry trends, competitive dynamics, emerging technologies, and consolidation opportunities within the hospitality technology and broader SaaS ecosystems to identify potential acquisitions and strategic partnerships. • Executive & Board-Level Communication: Prepare and present investment recommendations, transaction analyses, and strategic business cases to the executive leadership team and Board of Directors. Requirements • Experience: 10+ years of relevant experience across Corporate Development, Investment Banking, Private Equity, or related M&A-focused roles, with demonstrated expertise in executing complex transactions. • M&A Track Record: Proven experience leading cross-border technology acquisitions from sourcing through closing, ideally with a track record of 5+ completed mid-market transactions. • Financial & Analytical Expertise: Strong financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, and deal structuring capabilities, with the ability to assess complex investment opportunities and translate findings into actionable recommendations. • SaaS & Technology Experience: Experience operating in or working closely with global B2B SaaS or technology companies, ideally within a high-growth environment. • Strategic & Commercial Acumen: Ability to identify strategic growth opportunities, evaluate potential synergies, and structure partnerships that support long-term business objectives. • Negotiation & Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated ability to lead complex negotiations and influence senior stakeholders across Finance, Legal, Product, Technology, and executive leadership. • Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage distributed teams across multiple geographies and time zones. • AI-First Mindset: Enthusiasm for AI and a willingness to actively leverage AI tools to improve research, market analysis, due diligence, and transaction execution. • Location & Communication: Based in Israel, with excellent corporate English communication skills and flexibility for international travel.
