Description
We are looking for a DevOps Team Lead for a role combining technical leadership, cloud architecture, and team management.
The role includes designing and building AWS environments from the ground up for a variety of customers, from startups to large enterprises, while leading and mentoring a team of DevOps Engineers.
You will work directly with customers technology leadership (CTOs, R&D Managers), participate in Pre-Sales activities, make technical decisions, and lead the adoption of AI tools and infrastructure for AI projects.
Responsibilities
Leadership & Management
• Lead and mentor a team of DevOps Engineers, including task prioritization, Code Reviews, training, and knowledge sharing.
• Establish Best Practices, standards, and reusable templates across the team.
• Support recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
• Lead the adoption of AI tools within the team's workflows.
Cloud Architecture & Customers
• Design end-to-end AWS architectures with a focus on security, availability, scalability, and cost.
• Lead the setup of Greenfield AWS environments, including Multi-Account, Landing Zones, and AWS Networking.
• Lead cloud migration and modernization projects.
• Work directly with customers' technology leadership on requirements, solutions, and infrastructure roadmaps.
• Participate in Pre-Sales, including technical proposals and effort estimation.
• Design infrastructure for AI projects, including Bedrock, SageMaker, Vector DBs, and RAG Pipelines.
Hands-On
• Lead enterprise-level Infrastructure as Code using Terraform / CloudFormation.
• Design and lead CI/CD and GitOps processes.
• Drive Observability, Cloud Security, Compliance, and FinOps initiatives.
• Handle complex incidents and lead Post-Mortems.
