We're looking for an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our global IT support team. You'll be the first point of contact for Cato employees worldwide, resolving hardware, software, and access issues, leading onboarding and offboarding, and collaborating on IT workflow improvements and automation. Day-to-Day Support • Provide first-line technical support to employees across all global offices, ensuring fast, professional, and customer-oriented service. • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, primarily on macOS with some Windows. • Support cloud and SaaS platforms, including Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom, and other internally used tools. • Provide AV support for the auditorium and conference rooms, including management and troubleshooting of Zoom Rooms, Polycom systems, and other video-conferencing technologies. Process Ownership & Projects • Administer and monitor cloud infrastructure components, including Azure AD/Entra ID, Intune, Kandji, and AWS services. • Lead and execute employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including provisioning, access governance, device setup, and security compliance. • Partner closely with Systems and Security teams to identify, escalate, and resolve complex technical issues and improve IT workflows and automation. • Participate in IT projects and initiatives with other teams to improve internal systems and the employee experience. What You Bring • At least 3 years of experience in IT support or a related technical role; high-tech or startup experience is a plus. • Hands-on experience with Azure, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 cloud environments. • Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows and macOS laptops, as well as mobile devices. • A solid understanding of networking fundamentals, including firewalls, Wi-Fi, and VPN technologies. • Experience with endpoint management tools such as Intune or Kandji is a plus. • Knowledge of IT automation or scripting with PowerShell/Python is a plus. • Familiarity with IT knowledge-base and documentation processes is a plus.
