About Okoora
Okoora is building the Financial Operating Layer for businesses and financial institutions, connecting financial infrastructure, intelligence, and execution in one platform.
We’re looking for a Head of Sales to build and lead our sales organization through its next stage of growth.
This is a hands-on leadership role for an experienced sales leader who knows how to build pipeline, develop strong salespeople, and personally lead complex enterprise deals.
What you’ll do
• Lead, coach, and develop our AEs and broader sales organization
• Own pipeline creation, forecasting, deal reviews, performance, and commercial execution
• Stay actively involved in strategic enterprise deals, from discovery and negotiation through closing
• Build and continuously improve our sales processes and operating rhythm
• Drive new business and account expansion
• Work directly with our Founder & CEO and closely with Product and other teams
• Use AI and commercial intelligence to improve sales execution
Requirements
