Description DRS RADA Technologies, a leading defense company specializing in the development and manufacturing of life-saving radar systems, is looking for a Production Quality Team Lead to join our Production Quality team. Responsibilities: • Lead quality investigations for failures and non-conformances, including root cause analysis and driving corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). • Conduct internal quality audits in accordance with aerospace quality standards and monitor corrective actions to address identified gaps. • Analyze quality data, prepare and present ongoing trends and statistical reports, develop improvement plans, and monitor their implementation. • Work cross-functionally with Development, Engineering, Procurement, and Manufacturing teams, supporting products during the NPI phase. • Prepare presentations and lead meetings with multidisciplinary teams. • Take overall responsibility for manufacturing quality processes for military products, including FMEA and MRB activities. • Review and interpret engineering specifications, technical documentation, and engineering drawings. • Utilize Microsoft Office applications proficiently, prepare professional presentations, communicate clearly and concisely, and work effectively in a team-oriented environment. • Thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment and be willing to work additional hours when required.
