Description
DRS RADA Technologies, a leading defense company developing and manufacturing life-saving radar systems, is seeking an experienced Production Quality Engineer with a proven track record in leading failure investigation processes for its manufacturing site in Beit Shean.
Responsibilities:
• Lead quality investigations for failure events and non-conformities, including root cause analysis and driving corrective and preventive actions.
• Conduct internal audits, including familiarity with aerospace standards, and track and monitor identified gaps.
• Analyze data and present trends and statistics on an ongoing basis.
• Develop improvement plans and monitor their implementation and effectiveness.
• Work cross-functionally (R&D, Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing) with products in the NPI phase.
• Prepare presentations and lead meetings with multidisciplinary teams.
• Take overall responsibility for quality processes in military product manufacturing, including FMEA and MRB handling.
• Read and interpret engineering specifications and technical drawings at a high level.
• Utilize computer applications effectively, including presentations, with clear and concise communication in English.
Requirements
