Description
About Charm
Charm Security is building the agentic AI workforce for fraud, scams and cybercrime. Our AI agents work alongside fraud and frontline teams at Tier 1 banks in North America, helping them investigate cases, intervene in high-risk interactions, resolve incidents and prevent harm.
Powered by our proprietary HVE™ (Human Vulnerabilities & Exploits) framework, our technology combines fraud expertise with behavioral science to understand manipulation, intent and human behavior. We help financial institutions move from detection to action - across fraud operations, contact centers, branches and digital channels.
The Role
As a Product Designer at Charm, you'll shape the user experience of our AI agents and copilots that help protect people from financial and emotional harm. You'll design interfaces that support users in high-stress situations, bringing trust, clarity, and calm to complex moments.
Your designs will directly impact:
• Prevention Agent: Real-time customer protection interfaces that intervene during active scam attempts
• Copilot: Tools for fraud analysts and call center agents analyzing conversations in real-time
• Customer-Facing Agent: Self-serve interfaces where vulnerable users seek help and emotional support
What You'll Do
• Own design work end to end. Understand the problem, explore approaches, prototype, and deliver polished designs that hold up in production.
• Make complex workflows feel clear. Help users navigate information, connect evidence, prioritize tasks, and decide what to do next.
• Shape how people work with AI. Design experiences that make AI insights, recommendations, and actions understandable, with meaningful user control.
• Design for real working conditions. Account for time pressure, incomplete information, and the sensitive conversations our users handle.
• Build a cohesive product. Contribute to our design system and create consistent patterns across products and workflows.
• Learn and iterate. Use customer conversations, feedback, and product usage to challenge assumptions and improve the experience.
• Stay involved through delivery. Work closely with engineers to resolve interaction details and maintain design quality through launch.
