We are looking for For our site in Bar Lev, we are looking for an Operational Excellence Lead for a meaningful role focused on leading improvement and optimization processes in an advanced manufacturing environment If you enjoy leading change, creating real impact on the production floor, and working with diverse interfaces — this is your opportunity to take part in shaping manufacturing and operational processes within a leading defense organization In this role you will Lead operational excellence projects in collaboration with managers and cross-functional interfaces at the site Lead Lean activities and processes across the production floor Drive efficiency, process improvement, and cost-saving projects Be responsible for organizational methods and process improvement activities within operational environments Build professional capabilities in operational excellence, maintenance, and failure analysis domains Deliver professional training sessions and implement operational methodologies Work closely with operations, manufacturing, and maintenance systems in a highly cross-functional environment Requirements Practical Engineer or B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management or Mechanical Engineering Familiarity with CAD systems - Advantage Experience in organizational methods, process improvement, operational excellence, or manufacturing and operations management Experience implementing Lean methodologies on production floors Experience working in operational environments and production floors within manufacturing plants or continuous production lines Experience working with MES, ERP, PLM, and maintenance management systems Good level of English Strong leadership and engagement abilities, analytical and system-level thinking, presentation and training delivery skills Only relevant applications will be answered* #Karmiel
