The shift Operation Manager will be responsible for the management and direction of all aspects of Shift technician -Safety, quality, Critical Operations ops and PM, in the relevant departments: wet waste (HF), MBR, UPW, TCM, LIWS, truck loading/unloading. This role needs to manage directly/indirectly the shifts technician and to be responsible that the tasks will be implements on time. This role will be a member of the Site Leadership Team reporting to the Area manager.
Responsibilities:
• Lead change management activities across all basic operation areas associated with innovation, quality, safety and efficiency.
• Create a strong working relationship with the client and vendors
• Drive Key changes and continuous improvement in site basic operations systems and procedures.
• Direct and plan the development of objectives, long range plans, budgets and standards of the service to the client
• Working according relevant procedure and update them if needed.
• Ensure that the JLL site Team and engineering functions are following all EHS regulations and to champion a “Safety First” culture within the facility..
• Provide engineering resources that will align with the site existing shift structure
• Plan, develop and maintain the quality plan for all shifts team
• Provide planning, scheduling, and estimating services required for maintenance (PM/CM/Ops) being implemented.
• Development of Strategy for onboarding of new mechanical operations and maintenance programme, to ensure IFM programme is successful and delivered to client timeline and budget
• Manage operational spend, tracking, monthly reporting, and forecasting.
• Supervise the works of Multiple teams.
• Provide leadership in effective communications, training, and development of department staff consistent with JLL leadership practices and values.
• Maintain competency in the latest techniques (RCM/SIX SIGMA) for project management and mechanical technology as applied to plant operation.
• Ensure quality and performance indicators are met consistently
Requirements:
