We are looking to fill a new position of a Financial Controller to play a critical role in shaping and maintaining the company’s accounting and financial processes at the highest standards and ensure accurate financial reporting in accordance to US GAAP and company’s accounting policies. This position reports to the CFO. Responsibilities: * Preparation of consolidated financial reports and statements (balance sheet, P&L, cash flow, etc.), quarterly and annually. * Maintain required accounting procedures and systems to ensure that: - Accounting transactions are recorded in compliance with US GAAP and the Company’s accounting policies - Reporting of financial performance is accurate and completed timely. - Proactively monitor, interpret, and disseminate, as required, all relevant and appropriate accounting issues and business transaction. * Ability to compile, analyze, and monitor the activities and results of the company and its subsidiaries. * Preparations of periodic reports for: • Israel innovation authority. • Keren Temura. • H2020 – European Research and Innovation program. * Preparation of annual tax returns * Working with the Company's external auditors/advisers on audit, accounting, and other economic matters. * Support cash flow monitoring process. * Other ad hoc tasks.
