Description Sunflower is a fast-paced B2C gaming startup in Tel Aviv on a mission to create gaming experiences that captivate millions. We're scaling fast. We're looking for a Social User Acquisition Manager who's equal parts data nerd and creative maverick. Someone who gets genuinely excited about A/B tests AND killer ad creative. If you're the type who geeks out over cohort curves but also has opinions on color palettes, we need to talk. Responsibilities • Hands-on management of user acquisition campaigns across Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, and other social platforms • Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns with a relentless focus on hitting (and crushing) our KPIs • Plan and execute new marketing strategies – test boldly, learn fast, scale what works • Build and maintain strategic and genuine partnerships with key acquisition partners (not just transactional relationships) • Weekly updates - dive into the data to surface trends, wins, and "uh-oh" moments – and present them clearly • Collaborate with other team members and share knowledge of latest learnings to improve and enhance our marketing performance • Work closely with the creative team to ideate, test, and iterate on ad concepts that actually convert • Cooperate with Product, Monetization, Game Economy and BI teams – to align marketing strategies with the business • Conduct market research to identify trends & new opportunities and to keep up to date with the industry • Come with a "Can Do" approach Requirements • The skills: 1-2 years managing performance marketing campaigns (gaming experience is a major plus) • The degree: BA/BSc in Economics, Statistics, Psychology, Philosophy, or a quantitative field – bonus points for psych/econ combo • The brain: Strong analytical chops + an eye for what looks good.
