Description
We’re looking for a Senior Monetization Designer to join our creative team and help shape fun, engaging in-game experiences that boost player enjoyment, retention, and monetization. You’ll collaborate with product and art teams to design promotions, offers, and UI elements that feel seamless, rewarding, and visually exciting.
Responsibilities
• Design & Concept: Create promotional assets, popups, and UI elements using Figma and Photoshop.
• Collaborate: Work closely with product managers to craft effective and intuitive monetization flows.
• Innovate with AI: Use AI-assisted tools to expand creativity and streamline design production.
• Stay On-Brand: Maintain consistent visual identity while adapting styles for seasonal events and special campaigns.
• Ideate: Contribute fresh ideas during brainstorming sessions for new features, offers, and player engagement loops.
Requirements
