End-to-End Technical Leadership
As a Senior System Engineer, you will serve as the technical lead and single point of ownership for entire product lines. You will drive projects through every stage of the lifecycle—from initial customer engagements to development, field deployment, and support. We move at breakneck speed, balancing system trade-offs with high agility and a strong bias for action.
Key Responsibilities
• Full Lifecycle Ownership: Drive multi-disciplinary system projects from customer requirements through development to field installation and support.
• Architecture & Rapid Execution: Develop detailed specifications and system architecture, making swift, smart engineering trade-offs to deliver fast without sacrificing quality.
• Active Engineering Collaboration: Work side-by-side with development teams throughout implementation—actively guiding execution to match architecture, rather than handing off specs and waiting until testing.
• Technical Leadership: Take charge of product lines, pushing initiatives through and aligning development, operations, and field teams.
• Deployment & Integration: Configure and integrate hardware and software components across complex, real-time battlefield intelligence platforms.
• System Reliability & Standards: Ensure platforms meet stringent security standards, high availability, and operational resilience.
