Responsibilities • Serve as the appointed Safety Officer across company operational and construction sites • Develop and maintain safety management programs, procedures and work instructions. • Provide professional guidance to site managers and teams on safety, occupational health and environmental compliance. • Conduct audits, inspections and safety observations. • Supervise and support high-risk activities, including electrical work, confined spaces, lockout/tagout, hot work and working at height. • Investigate incidents and accidents, identify root causes and drive corrective actions. • Deliver employee safety training and lead safety committees. • Ensure compliance with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards. • Travel frequently to operational and construction sites in Israel and Europe.
