What You'll Do

Partner with Sales to understand customer needs and design tailored Oracle HCM solutions.

Lead discovery workshops and strategic conversations with HR leaders and executives.
•
Deliver engaging product demonstrations, presentations, and proof of concepts that bring Oracle HCM to life.
•
Present confidently to audiences of all sizes, from executive meetings to customer events.
•
Champion Oracle's AI and Agentic AI capabilities and demonstrate their business value.
•
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
•
Support the sales cycle with RFI/RFP responses and build trusted customer relationships.
