System Product Quality & Reliability (Q&R) Engineer, Annapurna Q&R

Key job responsibilities - Development of DfX (DfM, DfT, DfQ&R, etc.) methodologies and BKMs (Best Known Methods). - DfX activities during the product design stage. - Product quality & reliability validation (QRV) and ongoing quality & reliability monitoring (OQRM). - Q&R engineering of volume manufacturing: auditing, monitoring, risk assessment and disposition of non-conformance events/non-conforming material, defining and implementing corrective actions. - RMAs: investigation, disposition, reporting and follow-up. Basic qualifications - Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, material science, physics or equivalent, or experience working in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) - Knowledge and experience in PCB/PCBA design, manufacturing, testing and failure analysis. - Knowledge and experience in quality and reliability engineering and statistics fundamentals. - Knowledge of relevant IPC and other standards. - Fluent English.
