Description Mer Group is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team and lead complex, large-scale technological projects in Israel and worldwide. The role covers diverse fields such as smart cities, homeland security, cyber, intelligence, and advanced communications. Responsibilities: • Leading all project stages: Set Up, planning, execution, and budget control (Revenue and P&L) • Preparing technical specifications, pricing, managing suppliers, receiving quotations, conducting negotiations, issuing purchase orders, and supervising execution while ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, and performance targets. • Managing projects and tracking budget versus actual performance. • Leading project kickoffs and preparing professional documentation (SRR, SOW, PDR, CDR). • Working with external clients: requirements definition, technical guidance, demonstrations, and meetings with suppliers. • Presenting project status and progress to management while meeting profitability goals. • Developing and consolidating project plans, including milestones, tasks, schedules, budgets, and continuous updates based on actual progress. • Monitoring BOM and overseeing the preparation of execution specifications and bills of quantities.
