Description Comm-IT is looking for an experienced R&D Director to lead and grow one of our engineering groups. In this role, you'll drive technical strategy, lead engineering managers and teams, and play a key role in shaping our products, architecture and engineering culture. Responsibilities • Lead and mentor Team Leads and engineering managers. • Define the technical vision and influence key architectural decisions. • Own delivery, quality, execution and timelines across multiple projects. • Drive engineering processes and operational excellence. • Develop and mentor employees, supporting their professional growth. • Act as the highest technical escalation point within the group. • Work closely with executive leadership and report directly to the CEO.
