Cash management • Manage cash, liquidity, and banking relationships, and prepare cash flow forecasts. Stock administration • Oversee equity plan administration, cap table support, and 409A valuations. Internal controls and audit • Design and run the internal control environment, including segregation of duties, and manage external audits in the US, Israel, and wherever Houzz has international operations. Board and business partnership • Prepare materials and lead technical accounting discussions with the CFO, audit committee, and board. • Partner with FP&A on results and insights, and with Engineering, Sales, HR, and Legal on processes, policies, and systems. Leadership • Manage, lead, and develop a team of about 15 people, mostly in the US, working across time zones, and build a team that can support the growth of the business.
