We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Controller to join our Finance team in Tel Aviv. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on finance professional to gain exposure to all aspects of accounting and financial operations in a fast-growing global company. The ideal candidate will support the Controller in ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and operational excellence. Responsibilities • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes. • Assist in preparing consolidated financial statements and management reports. • Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analyses. • Work with external auditors and local accountants on audits, tax filings, and statutory requirements. • Help maintain accounting policies and internal controls. • Improve accounting processes, including automation and ERP implementation. Requirements • CPA with Big 4 experience is required. • 2-4 years of accounting or finance experience, with a background in high-tech or gaming. • Good understanding of IFRS/US GAAP and financial reporting. • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail. • Proficiency in Excel and Office; experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite or Priority is an advantage. • Excellent written and spoken English and Hebrew. • Ability to work independently, collaborate with others, and meet deadlines.
