The AI Business Solutions team within KPMG’s Technology Consulting AI department is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead organizational AI implementation and adoption projects. As Project Manager, you will oversee end-to-end project delivery, from planning and needs assessment through implementation, adoption, and ongoing optimization. You will work closely with clients, implementation teams, AI specialists, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful execution and adoption of AI tools across the organization. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage AI implementation and adoption projects from initiation to delivery • Build and manage implementation plans tailored to the client’s business needs and organizational environment • Drive organizational adoption activities, including stakeholder engagement, implementation planning, planning and managing training programs, and ongoing support • Plan, track, and report on project milestones, budgets, risks, and resource allocation • Coordinate and manage the work of implementation teams, AI specialists, and business stakeholders • Ensure projects meet client requirements, quality standards, and timelines • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and understanding business needs Requirements • 2-5 years of proven experience managing technology implementation projects, preferably in AI environments • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technological field (e.g., Information Systems, Industrial Engineering & Management, or similar) • Experience managing organizational implementation and adoption of technology or AI tools • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Copilot and Gemini – an advantage • Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills • Full professional proficiency in Hebrew and English • Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams in a project-based client environment This position is open to all qualified candidates.
