Description KPMG's Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Advisory team assists both local and international clients throughout the M&A process. The team provides advisory services to corporations, funds and later-stage startups in acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, buy-outs and other strategic transactions. As an M&A Associate Advisor, you will play a key role in the execution of M&A transactions, supporting clients throughout the deal lifecycle while working closely with senior professionals, management teams and investors. Responsibilities • Write and prepare transaction-related documentation and marketing materials, including information memoranda, pitch books, corporate profiles, market data and analyses. • Research and engage with potential financial and strategic buyers. • Serve as a key team member in the execution of M&A transactions. • Perform in-depth company and industry research supporting client engagements and business development opportunities. • Execute financial modeling and valuation analyses.
