• A Day in Your Life at MKS: As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at MKS Inc., you will be a trustful partner for Hiring Managers primarily from MKS sites in Israel supporting the business. In this role, you will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager EMEA based in Bucharest, Romania and you will be part of the regional Talent Acquisition function in the region.
• You Will Make an Impact By:
• Define best-practice recruitment processes for local markets
• The recruitment processes that you will manage will be a mix between blue/ white collar and corporate functions for our sites in Israel as well as other countries in the region.
• Source active and passive candidates through digital campaigns, social media partnership with institutions and other innovative channels
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process as part of a high-growth international business
• Create transparency through data to become a trusted partner to hiring managers and HR
• Position MKS Inc. in the candidate market
• Developing new partnerships to grow our talent pool
• Organize different career events
Skills You Bring:
