Description Paragon is a fast-growing Cyber intelligence company, that is rapidly establishing itself as a key player in the industry. We are a young innovative company with a cutting-edge product based in Tel Aviv. We are looking for a Security Engineering Team Lead. You will lead a team of Security Engineers and SecOps Engineers are responsible for designing and implementing robust security controls across Paragon’s on-prem and cloud infrastructure. You will drive the security roadmap, collaborate with cross-functional teams (Infrastructure, DevOps, Research, Development), and ensure all security measures align with business and regulatory requirements. This role is both strategic and hands-on: you will be expected to lead by example in architecture, implementation, and continuous improvements.
