In this role, you’ll build and expand our partner ecosystem, manage and grow key relationships with channel partners, drive partner sales execution, and play a pivotal role in expanding monday.com http://monday.com’s presence across the Middle Eastern market. About The Role - Take ownership of the strategy, sales, and execution for building and developing the channel partner ecosystem across the Middle East. - Develop and execute a regional partner strategy focused on expanding the partner footprint, recruiting new strategic partners, and strengthening the overall partner infrastructure across the region. - Identify, recruit, onboard, and develop new channel partners to expand market coverage and unlock new business opportunities. - Own and continuously expand your partner portfolio, identifying opportunities to diversify the ecosystem and increase partner contribution to the business. - Build and nurture strategic relationships with existing and prospective partners, driving long-term mutual growth. - Lead strategic sales and account management in collaboration with your partners. - Own your partner portfolio targets and deliver tangible results through partner-led business. - Close partnership agreements, balancing company objectives, speed, and economic impact. - Evaluate the financial and non-financial value and risks of new and existing partnerships. - Track, report, and optimize partnership performance by identifying, assessing, and solving issues as they arise. - Collaborate with monday.com http://monday.com teams to develop and nurture a pipeline of partner relationships, managing those relationships across all stages. - Manage direct client-facing activities, particularly for strategic business opportunities. - Support partners in their AI transformation journey, enabling them to position and sell AI-powered solutions effectively. Your Experience & Skills - Minimum 4 years of experience in SaaS and Sales (required). - 1+ years of experience managing Channel Partners (advantage). - Strong sales background with a proven track record of leading full sales cycles. - Experience with account and quota planning. - Proven ability to identify, recruit, onboard, and develop new channel partners. - Ability to build and expand a partner ecosystem and establish strong regional partner coverage. - Ability to lead partners through AI transformation and upskill them around AI solutions. - Experience working with the Middle Eastern market is an advantage. - Fluency in English, with outstanding communication skills (verbal & written). - Arabic language skills are an advantage. - Strong relationship-builder, initiator, and proactive team player. - Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. - Experience and strength in public speaking (advantage).
