Job Description
The HPV Brand & Consumer Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the development and execution of strategies that increase HPV disease awareness, strengthen the relevance of prevention, and support vaccination uptake across key target audiences. The role requires a deep understanding of consumer needs, motivations, barriers, and decision-making journeys across different population cohorts, translating these insights into impactful marketing and access initiatives, customer engagement programs, and disease awareness campaigns that drive meaningful behavioral change and public health impact.
As a strategic leader, the HPV BC&M Manager will mobilize diverse cross-functional teams and external stakeholders, leveraging creative thinking, strong collaboration, and a deep understanding of public health activation. The role combines commercial acumen, financial planning, and budget ownership with a consumer-and patient-centric, science-driven approach. By translating complex medical and market insights into compelling strategies and impactful communications, the HPV BC&M Manager will drive engagement, accelerate vaccination uptake, and contribute to improved public health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute integrated strategic and tactical plans for the HPV franchise, leveraging in-depth market, customer, and competitive insights to identify growth opportunities, set clear priorities, and drive business performance.
• Lead and inspire cross-functional collaboration across Access, Medical, Regulatory, Policy, Digital, Sales, and other key functions to ensure aligned planning and flawless execution in a dynamic environment.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, and other external stakeholders at both local and global levels.
• Foster close collaboration with regional and global teams to ensure strategic alignment, knowledge sharing, and execution excellence.
• Engage key stakeholders across the healthcare ecosystem, including Sick Funds, the Ministry of Health, patient organizations, and additional strategic partners, to advance HPV prevention and support HPV elimination efforts in Israel.
• Lead the development of marketing strategies and communication plans by translating scientific evidence and customer insights into compelling, patient-centric initiatives that drive awareness, behavioral change, and vaccination uptake.
• Continuously assess the consumer journey, market dynamics, competitive environment, and broader healthcare landscape to inform strategy and optimize execution.
• Demonstrate strong leadership, agility, and problem-solving capabilities while managing multiple priorities and navigating a complex stakeholder environment.
• Monitor and analyze market performance, campaign effectiveness, customer sentiment, and emerging trends to drive data-driven decision making and continuous improvement.
• Ensure all activities are conducted in full compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and the highest standards of ethics and governance.
• Own financial forecasting, budget management, and performance tracking, ensuring disciplined investment decisions and maximizing return on investment.
Requirements:
