Senior Hardware Engineer - Failure Analysis
We are seeking an experienced Senior Hardware Engineer for Failure Analysis and Design Review position. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analog circuit design (preferably power electronics) and digital circuits, combined with extensive hands-on experience in troubleshooting and root cause analysis. This role involves leading failure investigations, reviewing new product designs, and mentoring team engineers to ensure best practices and high product reliability.
Key Responsibilities
· Perform Failure Analysis on complex field issues in power conversion systems for the solar energy market.
· Lead Design Reviews for new products, providing insights to improve reliability and performance.
· Collaborate closely with R&D, Quality, and Manufacturing teams to resolve technical challenges.
· Mentor and guide team engineers, sharing expertise in power, analog and digital circuit design.
· Prepare detailed technical reports.
Requirements
