We are looking for a Controller to own the revenue and income-stream lifecycle end-to-end — from bookings through cash collection — and to play a central role in the monthly close, consolidated reporting, and the annual audit. The Controller reports to the Director of Finance.
Responsibilities:
• Support the month-end close cycle and ensure it is completed accurately and within the timetables, including the review of several balance sheet and P&L accounts, as well as analytical reviews.
• Participate in the preparation of the consolidated financial statements.
• Own the revenue accounting processes end-to-end: bookings, revenue, deferred revenue, invoicing, and revenue collection.
• Reconcile revenue and receivables against orders, contracts, and delivery milestones.
• Partner with sales, delivery, and program teams to ensure accurate order and billing data.
• Work closely with the Director of Finance on recurring reports.
• Work closely with the external auditors through the annual audit.
• Provide professional guidance and assistance for the bookkeeping staff.
• Communicate on an ongoing basis with other departments to understand the business and ensure it is properly reflected in the Company's financial statements.
• Ad-hoc analysis.
