We are looking for To our Aerospace division site in Karmiel, we are seeking a Technical Production Manager for the Electro-Optical Systems team. If you are an engineer with a systematic mind, capable of managing a product through development to serial production, and skilled at solving complex technical problems in a dynamic environment – this is your opportunity to lead a team and make a real impact. In this role you will Lead development and introduction (NPI) of products based on various detectors and lenses, transitioning them from development into serial production Conduct in-depth failure analysis (Root Cause Analysis) and provide creative engineering solutions to technical issues identified during production processes Lead engineering changes to products in serial production, including proposing solutions for obsolete components and transition plans Write and update technical documentation for products and processes, maintaining accuracy and clarity Drive matrix management and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams – engineering, production, testing, and customer Requirements Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or Electronics Technician with at least 3 years of experience in technical management, system engineering, or NPI engineering Proven experience working in matrix environments with multidisciplinary systems Knowledge of electro-optical systems, assemblies, and test equipment – Advantage Broad systems thinking, ability to work independently, and high learning capacity Strong motivation and ability to work effectively within a team in a challenging environment *Only relevant applications will be answered #Karmiel
